Community gathering space and code enforcement

Fiske described building the Tualatin Community Gather space on the greenway behind her home — a pantry, gardens, events, seating — and said the city has repeatedly removed community features instead of collaborating. She asked the city to create clear pathways for resident-led stewardship of public spaces.
