Abernethy Bridge noise ordinance

Reported that when residents called the noise hotline, ODOT told them the neighborhood had agreed to work until midnight — which no resident had done — and thanked the council for its work.

Lives directly under the bridge: described floodlights aimed at his bedroom past midnight that were turned off then relit 30 minutes later, and 1 a.m. grinding that shook his house until 4:30 a.m., questioning why work isn't done during idle daytime hours.
