Parker Road / Deer Hill development

Says her Winkle Way backyard flooded when the Icon Deer Hill development was built, and the developer and public works offered no recourse short of a $75,000 geologist. She asks the commission to hold the new developer accountable for any damage.

A Deer Hill Lane resident who sent the commission a letter listing seven neighborhood concerns after the developer's January 13 meeting: street width, no parking, stormwater tie-in to an already-maxed detention pond, and no temporary construction access road.

Added that a neighbor two houses up had a settlement with Icon over severe house problems, and speculated the detention pond rerouted natural groundwater, causing the flooding.
